The times below refer to the top 10 runners in the boys and girls varsity races. The first six week grouping represents the each of the remaining weeks before our first week of competition. The following seven week breakdown shows the average progression of runners 1st through 10th at each of the meets we attend. This serves as both motivation and a measuring point to keep our runners moving forward and not satisfied with what they have already accomplished. However our main goal is to be better today than we were yesterday.
